I’m Natania, the founder and senior team lead of YCDI, and I’m so grateful you’re here. YCDI began with a simple belief: that young people, no matter their background, have the power to create change. Over the years, I’ve seen this belief come to life in the most incredible ways—through the students who step forward to serve, the friendships formed across generations, and the communities strengthened by acts of kindness.
